I. Introduction

("Grace") for an order compelling the government to produce its agents' rough notes compiled during interviews with all current and former Grace employees. Grace argues that the rough notes are discoverable pursuant to Rule 16(a)(1)(B), Fed.R.Crim.P., and that the government's obligation to produce extends to notes of all interviews...
