T.B. ("the father") appeals from a judgment terminating his parental rights to J.P. ("the child"). The trial court also terminated the parental rights of C.P., the child's mother. C.P. did not appeal the trial court's judgment; therefore, this opinion does not address in detail the facts as they pertain to C.P.
