Telcom Cost Consulting, Inc. ("TCC"), and Robert Alan Lacher (hereinafter, "plaintiffs"), appeal the judgment entered on the jury's $493,663.24 verdict in favor of Jeffery T. Warren on his counterclaim for conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. Plaintiffs further appeal the order denying their motion for new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdict (j.n.o.v.). We affirm.
