OPINION BY FORD ELLIOTT, J.:

¶ 1 Allen J. Perry appeals from the judgment of sentence of April 27, 2004, after pleading nolo contendere to violating the Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972, 70 P.S. § 1-101 et seq. We affirm.
