I. NATURE OF CASE

Following a jury trial, Henry Delgado, appearing pro se, was found guilty of kidnapping, first degree sexual assault on a child, and felon in possession of a firearm. Delgado was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for kidnapping, 40 to 50 years' imprisonment for first degree sexual assault on a child, and 10 to 20 years' imprisonment for felon in possession of a firearm. All sentences were ordered to run consecutively...
