This sixteen year old, EDC, was adjudicated delinquent for the crimes of unauthorized entry of a business, entry on or remaining in places after being forbidden and theft. The trial judge committed EDC to the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of Youth Services ("OYS") until not later than his eighteenth birthday for the unauthorized entry.
