MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

The district court1 found Brent Medlock ("Medlock") guilty of criminal contempt for failing to follow court orders to appear in court, provide discovery, and assemble assets. On appeal, Medlock contends that there was insufficient evidence to convict, that his due process rights were violated, and that his sentence is excessive. We affirm.
