Lance Fried appeals from a defense verdict after a jury trial on his claims for uninsured motorist benefits in connection with three separate accidents. Fried also appeals the denial of his post-trial Motion to Enforce Settlement regarding a pre-trial tender by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"). We affirm on all claims.
