Ameritech Publishing Company of Illinois, Inc.(Ameritech), brought a breach of contract action to recover money owed for advertising placed in certain Yellow Page directories for Khader Hadyeh, d/b/a Motor City Auto Repair (Hadyeh). Judgment was entered against Hadyeh in the amount of $20,586.85. Thereafter, Hadyeh moved to vacate the judgment pursuant to section 2-1401...
