Leo Womack appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court denying his petition for relief pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. We affirm.

Womack, Tony Gaskins, and two others were indicted for murder. In exchange for having the charge against him reduced to manslaughter, Womack testified at Gaskins's trial that Gaskins had confessed to stabbing the victim.
