¶ 1 In this declaratory judgment action, Appellant, Tuscarora Wayne Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from the September 29, 2003 order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County which denied its motion for summary judgment and granted the motion for summary judgment filed by Appellee, Corrine Mrochko, individually, and as parent and natural guardian of Nicole Marah.
