This is a civil action in which three Sentry stores are suing under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, Wis. Stat. ch. 135, contending that the conduct of defendant Supervalu, Inc. since taking over the Sentry grocery store franchise has changed the competitive circumstances of their dealership agreements, substantially, discriminatorily and with the effect of constructively terminating those agreements.
