This is an appeal from an order confirming an arbitration award. Via South Florida, L.L.C. and Indiantown Realty Partners, L.P. acquired a multimillion dollar award against W. Lawrence LeNeve in an arbitration proceeding. When Via South and Indiantown Realty Partners moved to confirm the award in the circuit court, LeNeve moved to vacate it.
