This case arises out of a ruling by the Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of New Orleans ("BZA") that plaintiffs, Andrew Craig ("Craig") and Karen Bacharach ("Bacharach")(collectively "appellants"), owners of a house at 1539 Fourth Street in New Orleans ("1539 Fourth Street" or "the property"), do not have the right to operate a business of transient vacation rentals at that address.
