Liberty American Insurance Company filed a petition for writ of certiorari, seeking review of a circuit court order denying its motion to delineate the scope of appraisal in an underlying breach of contract action brought by Jonathan E. Kennedy and Kathleen A. Kennedy, Liberty American's insureds.
