The Florida Bar's Criminal Procedure Rules Committee (Committee) has filed an out-of-cycle report proposing amendments to the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure to conform the rules to 2004 legislation. The Committee proposes amendments to rule 3.111 (Providing Counsel to Indigents); rule 3.220 (Discovery); and rule 3.670 (Rendition of Judgment); and proposes new rule 3.984 (Affidavit of Indigent Status).
