This case is before us on appeal from a judgment handed down by the Pearl River County Chancery Court wherein the chancellor ruled to dismiss all claims asserted by representative citizens of the City of Picayune against the Southern Regional Corporation, the Lower Pearl River Valley Foundation and the common board of directors known to each.
