Elmo Robinson was charged with aggravated assault, OCGA § 16-5-21, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, OCGA § 16-11-106. Following a trial, the jury found him not guilty of the aggravated assault charge and convicted him of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
