The defendant, Franklin W. Bain, appeals his convictions and sentences on counts one and two, which charged defendant with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon by threatening to kill Kent Romero and Peter Tansey on July 9, 1999. We affirm, in part, and reverse, in part.
