On March 2, 2005, the court held a hearing on Defendant's Request for an Expedited Hearing on Writs of Garnishment, filed February 1, 2005. After careful consideration of the arguments by both parties at the March 2, 2005 motion hearing,1 briefs, record, and applicable law, the court denies Defendant's request that it quash Plaintiff's writs of garnishment in this case;
