In August 2000, defendant, Ernest J. Normand, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. 720 ILCS 5/11-20.1(a)(6) (West 2000). A computer, related equipment, computer disks, and a box of Polaroid photographs were taken from defendant's home pursuant to a search warrant. Defendant was initially charged with possessing three Polaroid photographs depicting nude and sexualized images...
