The defendant appeals from a conviction and sentence for trafficking in cocaine entered on a nolo plea which reserved the right to challenge the validity of the stop of the vehicle which contained the contraband. We affirm the denial of the motion to suppress the fruits of the stop1 because, although for reasons not articulated by the police or in the court below, we find that it was constitutionally justified....
