Harold Fox was charged in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska with conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and use of a firearm during or in relation to a drug trafficking crime. A jury convicted Fox on both counts and the district court2 sentenced Fox to 168 months of imprisonment on Count I and 60 months of imprisonment on Count II, to run consecutively. Fox appeals...
