¶ 1. Rickey Jones was tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Tippah County, Mississippi of possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He was sentenced to fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with five years suspended, ten years to serve and five years' post-release supervision, and was fined $2,000.
