The United States appeals the sentence of Penny J. Christenson, arguing that the district court1 abused its discretion by departing downward 75 percent for "substantial assistance." Jurisdiction being proper under 18 U.S.C. § 3742(b) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
