MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Carlos Rivera ("Rivera") appeals the decision of the district court1 denying his motion to suppress evidence following a post-trial Franks hearing. Further, Rivera argues that his motion for a new trial should have been granted. We affirm.
