OPINION BY KLEIN, J.

¶ 1 Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund (PEBTF)1 appeals from the trial court's order denying post-trial motions and making final its order denying PEBTF's request to intervene to enforce subrogation rights to proceeds from the settlement of an automobile accident claim.2 Although our decision is based on different grounds, we affirm the trial court's order denying relief.
