¶ 1 A jury convicted Charles Weber of second degree attempted murder and first degree assault, both while armed with a firearm, and first degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The trial court vacated the assault conviction based on double jeopardy. Weber argues for reversal based on use of juvenile adjudications in sentencing without findings by the jury, prosecutorial misconduct, ineffective assistance of counsel, violation of fourth amendment...
