PER CURIAM.

The prosecution appeals as of right the trial court's grant of defendant's motion for directed verdict of acquittal following a jury verdict, MCR 6.419(B), thereby acquitting defendant of indecent exposure, MCL 750.335a. Under the plain language of the statute, defendant's conduct clearly constitutes both an open exposure and an indecent exposure.
