[¶ 1] Rocky Mountain Recovery, Inc., (Rocky Mountain) sought to recover monies Bunn & Associates (Bunn) alleged Budd-Falen Law Offices, P.C. (Budd-Falen) owed for court reporting transcription services. Budd-Falen claimed it was not responsible for payment for the transcription services.
