MONACO, J.

This appeal from a summary judgment in a Lemon Law1 case causes us to examine the pleading obligations of the parties in such matters. Because the consumer failed to raise an issue before the arbitrator that he now seeks to litigate in the circuit court, we conclude that a summary judgment was properly rendered against him, and affirm.
