On February 15, 2003 at 9:45 P.M., plaintiff slipped and fell on a carpet in the lobby of her apartment building. She alleged that defendants, the owner and the manager of the building, were negligent and that they had actual and/or constructive notice that this rug was frequently wrinkled and that its edges were often curled and raised.
