Ronnie Lavell Bonner was convicted of first-degree robbery in violation of § 13A-8-41, Ala.Code 1975. Bonner was sentenced to 30 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs and a fine to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund. On appeal, Bonner argues that the trial court erred to reversal when it denied his motion for a mistrial and when it denied his request for a curative instruction based upon alleged prosecutorial misconduct.
