SUMMARY

Appellant Michael Rhymes appeals from his judgment of conviction. Rhymes contends that the district court erred in allowing the State to introduce evidence of prior bad acts and by failing to give a proper limiting instruction to the jury when the district court admitted the evidence in accord with this court's holding in Tavares v.
