OPINION

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 Nevin and Denise Pratt were named as defendants in a lawsuit against alleged members of a polygamous cult. Counsel for plaintiff in that case held a press conference about the lawsuit, out of which this defamation action arose. In this appeal, the Pratts seek to overturn a ruling on summary judgment dismissing their lawsuit with prejudice.
