This appeal arises out of the trial court's granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of defendant, Alliance Francaise de la Nouvelle Orleans (Alliance Francaise), and against plaintiff, Sylvie Escande (Escande). For the reasons assigned below, we affirm.
