Stephen Erhart pleaded guilty to twenty-nine counts, including conspiracy, false statements, health-care fraud, and money laundering charges. The district court1 also found Erhart guilty of two separate drug and gun charges, and sentenced him to a term of 108 months' imprisonment and three years' supervised release.
