David Neil Brown was tried by a jury and convicted of one count of armed robbery and two counts of kidnapping. Brown was tried with Antwan Owens and Brandi Shuman in connection with the robbery of a Subway store in Rincon. On appeal, Brown claims that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict and that the trial court erred by admitting evidence in violation of the court's ruling on a motion in limine, by admitting similar transaction evidence...
