Mr. Miranda was convicted by a jury of the crimes of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute at least 500 grams of methamphetamine on September 5, 2002, possession with the intent to distribute at least 500 grams of cocaine on the same date, and possession of a Lorcin...
