Daniel W. Savage ("Savage") pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1). The district court1 sentenced Savage to 168 months' imprisonment and 5 years' supervised release.
