James C. Dickenson ("Dickenson") appeals both his conviction for conspiracy to commit murder,1 a Class A felony, and his fifty-year sentence. On appeal he raises the following issues:

I. Whether it was fundamental error to instruct the jury on conspiracy to commit murder without also including an instruction on the elements of murder. II. Whether defects in the charging information...
