¶ 1. On September 16, 1985, Harvey F. Garlotte pled guilty to two counts of murder in the Circuit Court of Marion County and one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in the Circuit Court of Lamar County. On June 19, 2003, Garlotte filed motions for post-conviction relief (PCRs) on each of the convictions.
