Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences in two consolidated cases. In the first case, defendant was convicted of second-degree assault, ORS 163.175, third-degree assault, ORS 163.165, assaulting a public safety officer, ORS 163.208, first-degree criminal mischief, ORS 164.365, and attempting to elude a police officer, ORS 811.540.
