We are asked to determine the meaning of the maintenance provision in the parties' Marital Settlement Agreement. The husband, Robert L. Michaelson (Robert), agreed to pay maintenance to his wife, Anna Marie Michaelson (Anna), for eight years, totaling $360,000.
