The Defendant, Robert Yrle, appeals from his conviction of theft of goods valued between $100 and $500. We affirm.

On June 17, 2003, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging the Defendant with a violation of La.R.S. 14:67.10, theft of goods valued at more than $100 and less than $500, from Albertson's supermarket.
