I. INTRODUCTION

Terri A. Reich was formerly employed as a "sales partner" by Homier Distributing Company, Inc. In this suit, she alleges that Homier violated the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., by failing to properly pay her for overtime. Currently, Reich is the only plaintiff, but she also wishes to proceed on behalf of other sales partners...
