GLICKMAN, Associate Judge:

Johnathan M. Scott entered a conditional plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia,1 reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress the evidence recovered from his person in a search incident to his arrest. Scott claims that the arrest was unlawful because it was for a civil infraction. The arresting officer's alleged mistake of law is immaterial, however...
