Our Virgin Islands Labor Union ("OVILU") is a labor union that represents employees in the Virgin Islands, including employees of Triangle Construction and Maintenance Corporation ("Triangle"). Triangle and OVILU have entered into a collective bargaining agreement ("CBA"). The union initiated arbitration proceedings with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") regarding what it considered to be violations of the CBA/Unfair Labor Practices...
