¶ 1 Piarre Dinard Price appeals his conviction of aggravated first degree murder. We hold that the trial court did not deny Price's Sixth Amendment right to counsel by denying his request to retain new counsel because he made the request 10 months after having been appointed counsel, the jury had been sworn, and he had neither the resources nor an attorney ready to undertake his defense.
