The Appellants/Defendants, CalTex and the Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association (Bermuda) Limited, appeal the judgment of the district court signed on January 27, 2004, reinstating the Appellees'/Plaintiffs' action in the Civil District Court Parish of Orleans. The Appellees answered the appeal also raising error by the district court. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
